Can GymNex be used as dance class management software?
Yes. GymNex has batches, class packs with session counts, per-batch schedules and holiday calendars, attendance, fee collection and WhatsApp reminders, so a dance academy can run entirely on it.
How do batches work for a dance academy?
Turn on batches and name the label whatever you already call it: Batch for a dance class, Belt for karate, Shift for a gym. Assign each student to a batch, then filter attendance, fees and reports batch-wise.
Can I sell class packs instead of monthly fees?
Yes. Session counts can be set per week, per month or as a total package, for example "40 classes, use them whenever". The balance reduces automatically as the student attends, and you can change the count for one student who bought a custom pack.
Does it work for yoga, karate or fitness studios too?
Yes. The same batch and session-count system works for yoga studios, karate and martial arts academies, Zumba and aerobics classes, and fitness studios of any size. Gyms get the full membership toolkit as well.
