Refund & Cancellation Policy
Summary: GymNex subscription payments are non-refundable once activated. You can cancel anytime; your access continues until the end of the paid period.
1. Subscriptions
GymNex is offered as a prepaid subscription (Monthly, Quarterly, Yearly or custom plans). The applicable price is shown in the app before you pay.
2. Refunds
Once a subscription payment is successfully completed and the plan is activated, the payment is non-refundable. This is because the digital service and its features become available immediately upon activation.
If you were charged but your subscription did not activate due to a technical or payment error, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction. After verification, any amount debited without service activation will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
3. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. On cancellation:
- Your plan will not auto-renew (where auto-renewal applies).
- You will continue to have access to paid features until the end of your already-paid period.
- No partial or pro-rata refund is provided for the unused part of the period.
4. How to Request
For any payment issue or cancellation, email gymnexapp@gmail.com with your registered email/phone and the transaction details. We aim to respond within 1–2 business days.
5. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page.
